Seeking techs in the Connecticut, Springfield Holyoke MA territories, Scranton Allentown Pocono Areas of PA and Newburg Highway 84 area of NY.

Seeking team oriented technicians to diagnose and repair all televisions (plasma, LCD, DLP, projection, CRT), while providing superior service in customer’s homes. 

Techs are provided field service support with technical assistance, a networked laptop computer to data log all activity and a dispatch schedule for out of home location/office dispatch.  Typically our technicians leave from their home to the first call in the morning.
 
Electrical knowledge required

Professional and Clean appearance

Computer skill required and may be a good basis for hardware computer techs to train to repair TV’s

Excellent customer service skills and patience with customer interaction.

Strong knowledge of basic electrical theory

Tools provided for on-site repairs.

Ability to  interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual

Current  driver’s license and good driving record

Computer skills necessary

Capable of some lifting.

Background check to include drug test, DMV and criminal
 
Years Experience 1 - 2 Years Experience in an electrical/electronic field.
